Willamette University's full-time MBA program provides a broad understanding of all functions of an organization and the opportunity to develop in-depth expertise in a variety of concentrations.
Beginning with the entering class of 2018, students may choose one or more formal concentrations. Choosing a formal concentration is not required -- students can also choose to select elective courses based on their own needs and career goals.
Students who choose to pursue a formal concentration must declare their area(s) of concentration via the online Concentration Interest Declaration Form at the beginning of their last semester of the program. Declared concentrations will be tracked as part of the graduation audit process.
To complete a formal concentration, students must successfully complete the minimum number of courses required for the concentration with a grade of B (3.0) or higher, and all other requirements for graduation. The final MBA transcript of students who successfully complete the requirements of a concentration will show the concentration completed.
